Good quality.Only just received this, so not sure how it will stand the test of time and the test of whether the baby will like it. Giving it five stars because I love that:1. it is light - much lighter than coil mattresses, I think I will appreciate this when I have to change the sheets post C-section2. it fits the Pottery Barn crib perfectly - I did some research and was concerned that a non PB mattress would not fit, but this is just the right size, fits snug, no gaps3. it has a fabric, rather than vinyl or plastic cover. I did not like that idea at all and much rather have a breathable mattress.Aside from this, the mattress arrived perfectly packed and on time.I purchased this mattress for our granddaughter's toddler bed. I was a bit reluctant to purchase a crib mattress on line because I normally like to see and feel certain products before I buy. This mattress had very good reviews, so I took a chance and I'm very pleased with the purchase. The mattress had no plastic, chemical smell out of the box and it is very soft and firm but not too firm. It fit the toddler bed perfectly and our granddaughter loves it. A great mattress pad that fits this mattress perfectly is the Tiny Wonders Premium Crib Pad - waterproof fully enclosed mattress cover, hypoallergenic fiber made from bamboo viscose. We love them both.I am extremely picky about mattresses. First off this mattress had no odor at all after unboxing it, so no airing it out. It has a lot of natural fibers without paying for the organic price tag. Non of the aweful plastics and chemicals found on other mattress. My first born starting sleeping in his own room after we got this, it only took us 2 night of sleep training to get him to sleep through the night. When he was in the pack n play or bassinet he would wake up every 3 hours. In fact I think his sleeping through the night had a lot to do with this mattress and we couldn't be more grateful!We got two of those the first one we used it for 4 year and still ongoing greatI am in love with this mattress. I bought this for my son to warm him up to the idea of his own bed. I was looking for firm but "cushy" firm not a hard plastic-like firm and I am pleasantly happy with it. It doesnt feel hard, plasticy, or cheap. I took it out early to see if it needed to air out and to my surprise there is absolutly ZERO smell to it. Definitely worth my money! Thank you! Hopefully my son will like it!We have had this mattress a month and love it!! My 19 month old sleeps soundly through the night on it. It had no off-gassing, no smell at all, actually. The plastic wrapper it came in had more of an odor than the mattress. It is very light and easy to manage when changing linens. The square corners keep the fitted sheets in place, but we had to make sure we bought crib sheets with square corners since the rounded ones don't fit as well. The waterproof barrier works great, which is a relief for a potty-training toddler's parents. The only improvement I could recommend is for the soy material to be certified non-GMO.
