These are exactly the same as the ones in the pink J&J box. I have tried every brand on the market and these are the best ones by far. I have thrown away every other brand and sadly wasted money on them.The ones that are individually wrapped are -- in my opinion -- environmentally irresponsible. I am a mom who works full-time and nursed two boys exclusively to their first birthdays. I do not use nor like the adhesive backs so that is not part of my review. I find that the shifting of nursing and pumping during the day or night means the pad may not always be in the same place so not using the adhesive makes it easier to adjust.Other brands I used are filled with different material that breaks and leaks out constantly. I had to use another brand whenI ran out on vacation. I thought I had crushed some shredded mini wheats in my bra before I realized it was the pad that had come apart at the seams.The little dimples to make room for your nipples do not flatten as quickly as most others.
