Always turn off the device within the app when taking off the device. Avoid co-sleeping with your baby. Why does my Sense-U Baby Monitor constantly disconnect? Don’t mount the Sense-U Baby where the baby is likely to lie on-top of it or huddle up around it. For the best connection, position it in the middle of your baby’s tummy. Try to limit obstacles, especially metal, between the device and your phone. The device disconnects from the Sense-U Baby app when the app runs in the background. What do I do? Keep the Sense-U app running in foreground before you lock the screen and go to sleep. What if my child has sensitive skin? An optional patch for sensitive skin is available on our official website.

TRACKS BABY'S BREATHING WITH REAL-TIME NOTIFICATION Unlike traditional baby video cameras or audio monitors, the Sense-U Smart Baby Monitor tracks your baby's breathing during sleep, and notifies you after 15 seconds of slow breathing, directly from your smartphone. The device may detect even the slightest movement around it. To prevent false alarms and readings, avoid co-sleeping and turn off the device when not in use.
GET NOTIFIED WHEN YOUR BABY ROLLS OVER TO SLEEP ON THEIR STOMACH Healthy newborn babies are always recommended to sleep on their stomachs. The Sense-U Smart Baby Monitor tracks your baby's sleeping position and notifies you when your baby rolls over to sleep on their stomach.
PROTECT YOUR BABY FROM OVERHEATING OR BEING TOO COLD The Sense-U Smart Baby Monitor tracks the feeling temperature around your baby's body and notifies you when readings go outside of preset zones. Please note the feeling temperature value might not be the same as body temperature.
BLUETOOTH LOW ENERGY TECHNOLOGY The Sense-U Smart Baby Monitor uses Bluetooth Low Energy which has negligible radiation level (1/1000th of a smartphone's). *For optimal Bluetooth connectivity, use your devices and phone in the same room, minimizing obstacles like walls. For long-range use or when the baby sleeps in different rooms, please use it with the Sense-U Base Station (sold separately).
