Sadly I never got to use the gown I was gifted because I washed the robe and gown in cold water together, the robe’s colors stained the gown with a dark dye color that not looks like baby poop on a gown that has yet to have been used as we have not yet delivered and the company said this has never happened and asked me to then send a photo of the robe spot where it is faded to show that the dye leaked onto the gown. The whole thing faded after a wash in cold water with the gown in there with it. We know one spot would not have faded and turned white or anything of the sort. I also sent a photo of rust around some of the snaps after this cold water wash with just the gown and robe in there and they stopped responding. They stated returns are not allowed once tags are removed. What bull crap! Also not soft material, rough cloth, cheap gowns and rusty snaps but worst of all is terrible customer service as its clearly not customer service at all.
