Here's the skinny on this record (by someone who put it out):Crazy Steve Baise of NYC's great Devil Dogs, turned my partner and I onto this band in 95-96Rick Hall, then editor at High Society magazine, was the lead singer, along with 2 Japanese girls in the US on a work visa, and 2 other local musiciansWe put out the 12in purple vinyl in late 96 and the band broke up soon there-after, thanks to Rick accepting an offer from Larry Flynt to start-up a new mag called "Leg World" (an obvious rip-off of "Leg Show", which had been in print for years) out here in LA. So, the band broke up, along with another first release for us by the Lowdowns from San Francissy. Their reason was drugs or drug addiction or something of that nature.Record sold for awhile due to the recent buzz of the band in NYC circles and beyond, but not being able to tour really screwed us in the short-run2 Japanese girls started a band called the Plungers, with most of the other remaining Stallions members and got signed to a local NY label, Intensive ScarePut out the CD a coupla yrs later and guess it was a underground fave so it sold a coupla thousand and the rest sit in the Junk warehouse collecting dust and late fees
