I ordered this item based primarily on the picture (in the absence of any detailed product information in the listing), and thought I would write a review to share what I've learned about the product since receiving it in the hopes that it will be helpful to others considering this purchase.This is a pretty typical palm leaf moses basket - has flat handles, and is longer and thinner than many of the other moses baskets on the market (in particular the maize baskets with the more square handles that you'll see). The mattress measures approx 11" x 29", and is a fairly flimsy urethane foam covered by some kind of vinyl or vinyl-like material. The fitted sheet covering the mattress is 65% polyester, 35% cotton - serviceable but not particularly soft. The bumper in my opinion looks pretty good, not especially cheap, but also feels like a poly/cotton blend and is filled with polyfill.Overall, I think this basket is pretty good value (especially if it's selling for 65 percent off, as it was when I bought it) if you are happy with the materials stated above. However, if you are an "organic cotton only" type, or are really picky about quality, you'll want to give this one a miss. I will be returning it and looking for something higher quality (I am willing to spend a bit more to get something nicer).Also, my basket arrived slightly damaged - one of the handles was broken (weave on one side had been cut or broken), and there was an abrasion/tear at the top of the liner. Not sure if other items have similar issues or if this damage occurred in the Amazon warehouse or in transit, but I recommend that if you do buy this basket, you be sure to inspect it closely upon arrival to make sure it is not damaged.The basket is great but the lining is not as great. I followed the washing/drying instructions and it still shrunk a little. It still works but it not as great as it was pre-wash. No issues with the quality yet. I will update if problems arise.
