Every winter, at least since I've had my second child, I have thought a stroller footmuff would be so nice. I don't have a car and have to walk outside for about 20 minutes a few times every day. I would dress my baby in thermal tights under their pants and socks and put a blanket over them in the winter. Way too often, I'd step on something soft and fluffy only to look down and see a wet blanket with muddy stroller wheel marks and my footprints over them... I bought this as an Amazon Warehouse deal, so it was finally affordable enough for me. The medium size was the one on sale, so my 2 year old scrunches up her feet to fit and I figure I'll use it next year for our next baby that's due in a few weeks. My 2 year old is very opinionated. She does not want to wear her coat- only her sweatshirt. Most of the time, shoes are not okay with her either. Thankfully, she loves her "stroller blanket" and she is warm!This is an amazing product. It fits perfectly over the Uppababy 2015 car seat. The reason we started looking at this product is that the baby is not supposed to wear five layers (last being a very puffy one) and still fit in a car seat. Apparently the concern is that in the event of a crash, the clothing will remain in a car seat and the baby will go flying. With this product, the baby is snug as a bug in a rug tucked away under the fancy car seats and this thing goes over. In the roughest colds, the only thing you should see is maybe the baby's eyes. I got a large which is a bit too big for us at this point but it is still very very warm and does it job.I am so in love with this purchase. It's allowed me to go on stroller walks with my little one in cold and snowy weather. He's fallen asleep in this bag even on days where the temps are in the teens and that's w/o a coat on. I put him in this bag with just base layers on, his baby Uggs and a beanie. He stays so cozy without all the bulk.LoveEverything was great, except that the Velcro on the front pocket was only attached in one corner, and for the price of the item, I expected it to be in top condition.Keeps my baby warm. Has a light top for cool weather and a heavier top for colder weather. Very happy with my purchase.
