Received this great playpen to use when we travel to keep our little contained and all the toys in one place.After 2 weeks of use the stitching on one of the openings came loose and this caused the zipper to fall off.I contacted customer service via the email address provided on the instructions sheet. They got back to me immediately and send me a new cover free of charge!! I'm very happy with the customer service and the product.It was a little tricky to put together alone but doable, just takes more time.Worth it's weight in gold!!This product includes the PLAYPAD!Your little ones will take tumbles, the pad keeps the kiddos safe but is also tuff enough to endure.The Playard is spacious and easy to assemble but we didn’t get the blue unicorn mat that is shown in the pictures.This is a fantastic play pen! I did have to YouTube directions because the ones in the box were minimal (set up was easy after we figured it out, less then 15 min). Their customer service is excellent and very responsive. Some of our balls were dented and they gave us a $10 gift card to repurchase. Highly recommendLiterally just got it in the mail and set it up, but had to write a review. I bought it on sale for Cyber Monday, but had been debating because there were a couple of random reviews that just said “scam” and it had me worried about spending money on this over something else. Definitely not a scam. We got everything that was advertised: the playpen, the mat, balls, diaper caddy, and pull up rings. I’ll start with set up. This was relatively easy to assemble, but tedious. Lots of parts. I had seen previous reviews on play pens similar to this one regarding missing or broken parts, but this actually came with one extra of each bar and connector, which was a nice surprise. The instructions were pretty much just a couple of pictures, but there’s a key on the instructions that matches up to the bars and connectors, so it made it super easy to read and put together. The mat is fairly thin, but it’s extra cushion that wouldn’t otherwise be there, and it fits perfectly inside. When I was looking at which playpen to buy, I was concerned about matching a separate mat with the correct dimensions. I didn’t want anything folding up or needing to be cut. The included mat fits exactly right, and it comes with cute designs on either side. My baby is just learning how to pull up to stand, so the hooks are a little advanced for her to use, but I’m sure they’ll come in handy for her in the coming weeks. The balls are squishy, which my baby enjoys. We probably won’t use the diaper caddy, but it’s a nice touch and just hooks on to the bars wherever you want to place it. The play pen comes with a carrying case for packing it away. The playpen space is large, about 5’ x 6’, so a good amount of room for my baby to crawl, play, and explore. We have a large chimney that is impossible to baby proof without simply wrapping baby gates around it, which, no thanks! This helps us to have a sturdy, gated area for her to play in safely. It is worth noting, this is not an approved safe sleep space. It has no indication that it meets ASTM standards for safe sleep, so if your little one is needing a nap, move them to their designated safe sleep space. Overall, we’re very pleased with the purchase.I love how big this playpen is! I can fit so many toys & multiple toy baskets in it & there’s still a ton of room for my baby to play. She doesn’t mind being in the playpen for a little, while I get things done around the house. The space this playpen provides keeps my baby from feeling confined in a small area, and allows her to still have room to crawl around and play with all her toys. I can have peace of mind knowing she’s safe in there & there’s nothing she can get into since she’s enclosed in this space. But you can also unzip one of the big openings and allow your baby to come and go as they please! Definitely pay attention to the measurements, to be sure it’s not too big for the space you’re wanting to keep it. I also love that it comes with a floor mat! (A super cute, reversible one btw!!) and it looks so good in our playroom. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is due to the fact that is not easily portable. You have to take the whole thing apart & reassemble it if you want to take it with you somewhere. Although, you can easily slide it to another room in your house (once you remove all heavy things out of it - toy baskets/chubby baby lol) - and as long as you have an open concept in your home. This will not fit through a normal-sized doorway. Overall, great purchase and I recommend it to every mama & daddy out there!!This is a nice little play yard. It's big and spacious so lots of room to move around. It's relatively light so easy to move around once assembled. It's not very portable. Don't think you can easily break it apart and take it on a picnic with you and reassemble it. It's not that kind of play yard. Once you put it up it will stay put together and you can drag it to other areas of the house if needed.We've had this for about 10 months now. The filmy layer that covers the cushioned mat is coming apart. You start to see little air bubbles in places and kids will pick and pull at them until it comes apart. BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY WILL PUT THESE PIECES OF PLASTIC IN THEIR MOUTHS AND CAN CHOKE ON THEM. It happened to our 14 month old but we were able to get it out of his mouth in time. They should make the mat more durable.Bought this for my little girl to play in. It went together Really easy. The pad for the floor is nice but is made of that foam and could fall apart easy or be bitten by the child and possibly create a choking hazard. I liked the idea of the pad but she can move it all around and pick it up so maybe not the safest material. The other issues is when she is standing up, she is able to pull the velcro off the corner joi t and then the tube come out and then bend. She can almost get out fo there is she tried really hard. I would like to see the tubes somehow better secured so they don't come apart so easy. My daughter is only 14 months and is able to do all this so not sure what to say.
