Baby almost died even when the switch is not on to rock we had the bed locked and he was sleep 3 week old baby and we came in room bed was leaning to side with baby rolled over very dangerous I would not recommend this product to anyone they should recall this product before a baby life gets taken from poorly build baby bed swingSuper versatile!! Can be electronic and use all the bells and whistles, or can be a stationary bassinet!!We did get this to side sleep beside our bed, but it doesn’t go quite high enough. In all fairness, we have a very tall bed, I have to use a foot stole to get in to!! So, we instead of having a playpen in the living room, we are going to have the bassinet in the living room and keep it stationary. We 3 kiddos under the age of 10, this is the best option for our new baby boy to sleep in the living room for his short naps, or even to safely lay him down if we need to do a chore, go to the bathroom, etc.we also live in a tri-level home, so running up and down the stairs with a baby in our arms constantly just isn’t very feasible! This keeps baby safe and right there with us. Will also work well to roll over to the couch to take naps with baby boy side sleeping next to the couch. The underneath the bassinet are velcro straps that hook to the storage basket that keep the bassinet basket from rocking.We’re very happy with this product!This bassinet is awesome. It does so many things and has so many features.I started off for the instructions that are kind of confusing but they also offer video instructions that are way more simple to follow. Took me about 30 minutes once I found the video. Pretty easy to put together overall.The bassinet itself has awesome features, I love the rocking motion. Seems to work well and has different speeds. The built-in sound machine is also very nice and has several different options. I did have a little issues with the remote but you just have to be fairly close and it works well. It also has storage on the bottom so I keep extra diapers and wipes down there, makes it super convenient.Would definitely recommend. Just as nice as the $400 brand name ones.This bassinet was easy to assemble and had safety features to make it safe for infant.
