This captures quintessential Spacemen 3. They could be dark, brooding and lovely, sometimes all at the same time. Extremely psychedelic and prone to drones, they were among the finest bands from the psychedelia resurgence that also included the likes of Rain Parade and Dream Syndicate. If that's your cup of tea this CD is essential listening. Recommended absolutely.
